The Fox Theatre Happily Welcomes This Diva as She Returns for Noteworthy Concert

Next Wednesday, Toni Braxton will warm the winter chill with her dazzling stage show on her As Long As I Live tour. To celebrate her eighth studio album, the Grammy Award winner and Georgia Music Hall of Fame inductee will perform in Atlanta with special guests, SWV. Don’t miss it on January 23rd at The Fox Theatre!

Born in Maryland in 1967, Toni Braxton began her professional career singing alongside her sisters, until emerging as a solo artist with a song on the soundtrack for Boomerang (1992). The following year, she released her debut self-titled album, garnering wide acclaim for singles like "You Mean the World to Me" and "Breathe Again." She later scored a megahit with "Un-Break My Heart," included on her second studio album, Secrets (1996).

Braxton made history in 1998, when she became the first black actress to play Belle in the Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast, and she later starred alongside her sisters on the reality show Braxton Family Values. Despite announcing her retirement in 2013, the singer resumed recording shortly afterward and released her latest album in 2018.

Sisters With Voices, better known as SWV, is a female R&B vocal trio from New York City. Formed in 1986 as a gospel group, SWV became one of the most successful R&B groups of the 1990s. They had a series of hits, including "Weak," "Right Here (Human Nature Remix)," "I'm So into You," and "You're the One." The group disbanded in 1998 to pursue solo projects and reunited in 2005. To date, SWV have sold more than 25 million records.

Tickets to witness Toni Braxton and SWV live in concert are now available for purchase. Admission begins at 59 dollars. Special packages, including the Backstage Package, Merchandise Package, and Platinum Seating are also available.
